02/09 Wize Old Man, mark this place closed. Apparently, some undercover cops went in, saw some of the strippers nude without bikinis, and then they busted the owner and totally shut the place down. ~Buck
Fairly obvious that's there a pattern of using law enforcement to shut down businesses that some people in Dothan don't want. I cringe every time I see the police used to enforce extremist beliefs. ~ WOM
12/08 This place is nothing but a seedy bar hangout that happens to have about 5 bikini clad strippers roving about. The cover charge is 6 dollars, which gets you a 30 day membership card.
The strippers are mostly tattooed white girls, while the audience is predominantly black with your typical bar audience that consists of 75% men and 25% women. This place has two rooms. The front room is where the entire audience hangs out, and it is very sandwiched in by the bar on one side and the stripper stage on the other. The back room is a lot bigger and spacious but is generally not used at all by the patrons. The strippers seem to put one girl on stage just for show while the other strippers just mingle into the crowd like normal bar folk. I did not see a single tip handed to any of the stage dancers.
Like I said, this is just a bar scene, and a seedy one at that, with just a few freelance entertainers laced about. If you like bars like this, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a full-fledged strip club, then I'd look elsewhere. And by the way, don't give in to the seedy guy standing in front of the parking lot who will ask you for a few bucks because he just got out of jail (proving it with his court orders in hand), and therefore needs to see some titties :) ~Buck
