10/08 Top Hat Lounge is a friendly little bar. Could use a make over inside. The girls are pretty some are not. It is a topless bar that's it. They serve beer and mixed drinks. The girls are friendly and sometimes you have girls who are not but 99% of the time they are very nice girls
